What is a Revival Bird Dog?
By definition, a bird dog is a reference to hunting dogs that point to the location of birds, and retrieves any birds the hunter successfully shoots. A Revival Bird Dog, well, that is someone who spends their time trying to find properties with investment potential in exchange for a percentage or fee when we close on a property.
What would I do?
First, we will let you know what types of homes we are looking for. Depending on your level of interest, we can review a very specific plan to cover a lot of ground or you can just tell us what you stumble upon something that we may be interested in. Just know what we are looking for, and sooner or later, you will come across a property that you can refer to us.
When do I get paid?
As you can imagine, we cannot control the owner’s ability to sell us their home. Therefore, you will only receive a referral fee if we are able to close on the referred property.
What protects me from you walking away with my referral?
We are honest and ethical. We will provide an agreement that acknowledges our process and the responsibilities that must be upheld. This agreement will be kept in our records, and a copy will be given to you.
By joining our network of members you have the possibility of potential earnings $500 to $1,000 for a referral.
Our 5 Step Process Is Simple
- Find a vacant, distressed off-market home while you are out around town, or refer people you may know who want to sell their homes fast for cash. We Buy properties AS-IS in any condition, even if the owner is behind on mortgage payments, there are code violations or major repairs are needed.
- Once you locate a property or distressed homeowner, take THREE photographs of the property.
- Now that you have your photographs, notify us of the property, and property owner if you have that information, in one of many ways; Call, Text, or fill out the Form below.
- We will evaluate the deal and come up with an offer. We will always call you first before calling your referral. We have the utmost respect for you, the time you have spent and the referral that you have presented. We fully understand why you would want to be in-the-loop at all times throughout the transaction. We will be here along the way to answer any questions you may have.
- If the homeowner accepts our offer, and we move forward with the purchase of a property you found for us, then you will receive our referral fee! That Simple!
*** Photography Rules***
- Photos must be clear.
- You must take a minimum of THREE(3) photographs:
- ONE photo must be of the front of the property. Please include the house number on the house or mailbox. If there isn’t one, capture the neighboring house, with their house number along with the home in question, in the same photograph.
- ONE photo must be of the street sign at the nearest intersection.
- ONE photo, if possible, must prove that the home is vacant.
